@@xcx005 it's the way you look at it,everyone was on their tips whenever they talked to banner,and almost everyone talked to banner when they needed him,just Tony was the only one who wasn't looking at him as a raging monster who would slaughter everyone by just anything,he would joke around him,tell him too ease a lit bit,and accept his flaws which he does in the endgame eventually,during one of the scenes,banner even asks that if Tony is also with them,coz he knows he will feel more secure if Tony would be there coz he accepts him as he is rather than a experimental monster. That's what makes those two so connected they both had an accident which made them hero's,and they both connect through science,machine and all they are like science bros😂

On the other hand, earlier in the movie when cap meets Bruce he says, “Word is you can find the cube.” Bruce asks if that’s the only word he’s heard to which cap respond “The only word I care about”. I’d argue Steve treated him more normally and with respect.

What I find interesting is that Tony didn’t insult Cap until Cap insulted Tony’s ability to be a hero. Tony really wanted to be heroic. Tony Stark, is just a normal human being. He made the Iron Man suit, to fight evil, something, he himself, didn't have to do. If that's not laying it on the line for others, I don't know what is. Tony was saying he would just cut the wire, because he's smart enough to find other solutions to solve a problem. Sacrificing yourself, should be the absolute last option, not your first.

He basically looked at every possible scenario, and this 1 was their only chance, and if he told Tony ahead of time, they would have failed. Keep in mine, Dr. Strange is highly intelligent as well. I think the odds were very much against them. Thanos was tossing them around like children, and they were throwing everything they had at him, and they came just seconds from losing to him a second time. Tony had no time to come up with something, and they had already thrown everything at Thanos, his options left were pretty non-existent. Also, Tony had already thought he might have to use the stones, and made his suit able to equip the stones. He foresaw that he might have to sacrifice himself, and even made a video, just encase he had to do it.

Plain lie that the directors made up because the story had to be like this, it has nothing to do with chances or possibilities. Tony had to die, and thats all there is for it. We'll see why he had to. My call is the dramatic pressure, and one needs a very good story and an emotional boost, well tony's death was enough. It could have been Cap as well, but tony is the most loved one I think. Killing the most loved one causes the most pain. This was thinking out of the box. Looking the perspective of the story, as I said there are not reliable and believable causes that would lead to all this suffering and efforts in the 2 movies.

Physical abilities don’t make you a hero. A lot of villains have it, but they are villains, not heroes. Steve went to war to fight for people being weak. He jumped on grenade being weak. He did that with the nuke in Avengers 1, in Infinity war he was fully prepared to die in his throw down with Thanos until Strange gave the stone. And of course the snap. People say they fully disproved each other in Endgame, but they disproved each other earlier in here. Steve devised a strategy in the final battle and did it because he knew what New York’s layout is and because he had leadership skills, with neither originating from the serum. Tony was willing to sacrifice his own life to take out the Chitauri.

He proved him wrong twice, he went into that portal with no intentions of making it out so no one else would have to die. He let the little guy climb over him so the team would survive. And he did it again in endgame. Anyone could have done it, but the stones were in his hands. Sure, strange said it was only him who could do it, but in the end where it matters most Stark always makes the sacrifice play For his Pupil, for his friends, for his wife, for his daughter. He refused to die till Pepper said it was ok.... Steve was genuinely wrong about Tony, and vice versa. But Steve should've know better than anyone to not judge a book by its cover. Cause we all knew by that point the suave womanizer thing was just a front for the cameras and the outside world...
