Lin is her family name Guoer is her given name and, as your not closely related, you should address her by her full name Lin Guoer. At least, I think, that is the correct way to do it in the Chinese culture.

Thought the same thing Will - She needs things like a soft faced mallet, decent height steel workbench, small hydraulic press for all the bearings, and a raft of good quality gear from somewhere like Total Tools. Watching the last section, proper air compressor and painting kit wouldn't go astray either, bet she could be the eastern version of Alex Taylor with the right gear.

In previous videos she shows how she counts the number of windings in the wire she removes, and measures the wire gauge carefully with a micrometer to be able to accurately replace like for like. It's an art that becoming rarer every day in the throwaway society we live in.

I've watched now probably a dozen or so videos on this channel. This young lady is a rock star and I just can't imagine that she is really able to completely disassemble all of these various pieces of equipment, source the missing parts, clean and reassemble everything--and have it work! I am so impressed and feel like there is a backstory that needs to be told. Is she really this amazing and talented or is there also an educational and experience component that we're not privy too? Anyway, she is amazing, and probably genius too--and has a fantastic smile at the end when everything is working!

Watch more vids, her family comes into view helping sometimes and it's pretty obvious she is running what was her aging dad's show. And she has a 'friend' at the scrapyard which I reckon is the husband or brother and the scrapyard is the business. It's a small jungle community and they are probably all related. The mystery is part of the allure, I hope she never ever divulges her secrets. What business is it of yours anyways. Why y'all so nosey. Focus on your own life ! I found this to sasiate your thirst for a backstory.... 'The story of Lin Guoer I've watched a video from a vlogger which introduces the background of the girl. According to the video, The parents of Lin and her brother was separated when she was four or five years old and her father and mother made their new family separately. Thus Lin and her brother lived with her grandpa and grandma. Her childhood was quite hard as her grandpa did not make money easily. They got second hand clothes from other families. But Lin was a good student in primary and secondary schools. When she passed the examination for a very good high school, she decided to stop study in high school as the expenses for study in the good high school was too high to take it. She wanted to find a job to help her grandpa. When her anti persuaded her to continue the study. She selected a high school which is cheaper. Later she got into the Yunnan University, specialized .subject in hydropower and motor. Meanwhile, her broth did not continue the study and start to work to support his sister's study in the university. After graduation , Lin returned to her home town and joint local government as a junior staff. From the last yeah she started to be a vlogger in repairing electric and mechanical equipment. '

Her dad damped her at age 6 and was out of picture long time ago. She is 24 and fighting for life with help of younger brother and grandpa. She is well educated at 昂明理工大学　No２in huge s state、、She came back to her native mountainous country side and helping whole town. That area have a lot of old generators. She does most work for free. We have to help her for student loan.
