Actually quite simple, each coil forms an electromagnet and the 3 outer conductors / phases are offset by 120° to each other(3*120° =360°), the coils are arranged and connected in such a way that a rotating magnetic field is created in the stator

I think it's really great what you do, but..... 1:30 Why do you have to knock it down with a hammer and chisel? Just hit the chisel or a wedge into the gap and you've solved the problem in under 20 seconds. If you spray all screws with oil right at the beginning, the oil can be absorbed better and work better. 5:30 If you were to hit the axle like that with a hammer, the boss would jump in your face with his bare ass and you would have to look for a new job.
