Good content, Riley. I watched a video with Mark Douglas when he told the story of being in a loosing silver contract trade when he called his broker and had him sell the morning the Hunt brothers tried to corner the silver market and it went up into the $50s! That would be a difficult one to get over. His videos are worth watching.

Oh I remember that one. Insane.... Definitely hard to get over massive moves you missed. I didn't trade a day a couple of weeks ago where if I did I probably would have got a trade that gave me 20% account return, so maybe my best trade for the whole year. Sucks but it is what it is...

90% of trading is psychology. Having the best set ups are important, but as soon as you take your first losing trade, if your psychology isn't in check, it will mess you up and you'll start to make a lot of mistakes.

Yes! Learning to approach trading with that mindset is what changed it for me. Approaching every trading day with "am I mentally ready to trade" made a massive improvement.
