Oh, I see, I can say "e" in either of hiragana, katakana or kanji, but in Kanji, the same sound I can read it in many more ways. I couldn't feel any more relieved than that, could I. Now that I see how sound "e" can be read in many more kanji strikes, I can only be safe that my Japanese will sky rocket as you count down from 3 to 0. Piece of cake.

Hello yuko sensei. Thank you for your explanation. I want to ask about particle が in すずき が たなか より せ が 高い です。can we exchange が with は? Because as I learn in minna no nihongo, i found the similar structure of compariso but using は、for example この 車 は あの 車 より おおいです. That's my question, thank you..
@Kyoukichi
@Kyoukichi Жыл бұрын
I randomly came to see this video and randomly came upon your comment, but if you haven't already got the answer to your question: no, you cannot. 背が高い (せ が たかい) is a set phrase and must be used as such at all times. It's not simply grammar construction - think of it as one single word that can't be changed.

Is it okay to say Kanji "ha" Hiragana yori muzukashii desu instead of "ga?"
@YukoSensei
@YukoSensei 5 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's ok. In that case, you are treating Kanji as the topic of the sentence like this. "As for Kanji, it is more difficult than Hiragana" instead of "Kanji is more difficult than Hiragana." Both are conveying the same information and which one to use depends on how you want to present your opinion or the context where the conversation is taking place. Hope this helps!
