This was so well done that I could watch it again & again! I loved it. It truly touched me on such a personal level, especially as a mother. There's something very profound about a human being able to relate to a gorilla over motherhood. It shows the level of intelligence these extraordinary animals possess. They deserve our respect. I'm crying 😭 this video is exactly what I thought about Genki. I do believe she is traumatised when the zookeepers took Gentaro away from her, that's why she never let Kintaro go. She is such a loving mother, I can see lots of love come from herself. I know she loves Biju very much that she saw that piece of him inside Momotaro. This family really special in my heart because of this great mother named Genki. the first time i saw a newborn Gentaro i thought he was the most beautiful baby i had ever seen (not even human babies are as pretty as he was) until i saw pictures of little Genki ... then i understood from where Gentaro brought out his beauty. I"ll be very very sad, when Genki one day as we all do has to go to other life....creatures like this one must stay with us forever.... I will always remember one seen in the teaching room, Momotaro was sit on that metal square at the midle of the room, Genki with Kintaro on her arms was at the corner, she stand up and walked passing by close to Momotaro, he gave her, or try to hit her with a punch, kind of "Get Out of Here" punch.....she stayed still, and with those big bright special eyes taked a look at him...i could read those special eyes asking him, ¿Why are you trying to hit me? ¿ Don't you know how hard was for me to get to this point in life been a mother and a wife?? The big fella looked at her for a couple of seconds and walked away... Happy birthday gourgeos GENKI.!!!

I really really enjoyed this video. I knew all these wonderful qualities about Genki by watching her over years, but now I have far more respect for her, especially as a mother.
