After god damm 18 years later.. genki came back with new Highway racing game I'm just glad this thing actually happening right now because i didn't even expected about new TXR after bankruptcy in 2008 due to failure of ITC and Xtreme mobile game failed miserably again

Oh yeah I played Drift 2 a lot back in 2007, I played so much of it back in the day. I stayed up all night one night grinding Category Races. Was a fun time. For Import Tuner Challenge me and brother played the game when the online was pretty active and people racing. I may not be too old, but I did grow up with this series just as you have. Being a researcher to the series myself, I start to appreciate what they've done with the games. I am glad you were chosen for the box, I would've asked but I'm probably not that important for that lol. Hope to see more of you playing it and all that new game, and hope you enjoy it as a TXR enjoyer. Will see soon when I get the game myself.

Bought mine brand new as well. Tokyo Xtreme Racer zero is how I heard about Fast and the Furious. Also, they had that cool street racing documentary from Japan included. 3 years later I was in Japan living my dream. Now I've passed these onto my son and he's playing the heck out of them.

Dude ive never smiled at a video so much like i did watching this, if anyone deserves something from Genki its you, ive been a member now for 13 months and the only reason ive gotten into gaming this deep is you, the time and effort you put into motorfest with the tunes is only reason ive got 2,51k hrs invested in the game only reason ive gone and got a gaming pc is bbecause ive seen how hyped you are for tokyo racer, so i gotta get me some of this action, this is by far one of the best gaming channels on YT for 100% no bullshit , thankyou for these past months ,on top of being terminally sick, i suffer with extreme depression and anxiety severe night terrors and extreme ptsd with suicidal tendencies which ive tried and failed numerous times youve helped me when times are dark and the demons are in full send mode, i put on the video of you having a rageathon , and theres enough light to see my way home , and the demons go away once more thankyou

I'm brand new to steam. But I played the first TXR on dreamcast, and I played up to Drift 2. I've been searching for years for anything comparable. You said it best. This game had heart and soul. You can't copy that. I'm so ready for this!

Oooo! Love the R34 wall tapestry! We have very similar backstories on this lol '85 here, I own all the same copies you do. Also all new from store. I remember playing TXR soooooo much, I discovered there's engine swap options in it! Back then there wasn't really online googling for easy gaming information. Any secrets you had to find on your own. I drove my Supra so many miles it unlocked engine swapping and I put an RB into it. (Sacreligious i know, but it was something different to experience in my favorite game). I'm honestly afraid of this being a PC only release right now because if it doesn't do good, I won't get to play this endlessly like I did TXR3. Already seen too many new generation gamers talking crap because it doesn't compare to their festival racers... I hope it excels expectations so it comes to console asap!

Where are you going to find it??? On my shelf with my collection of games and consoles. One of those few people out there that actually took care of their shit and kept it. NES, SNES, N64, Game Cube, Gameboy Pocket Genesis, Dreamcast PS, PS2 Xbox, 360, One. And TONS of games for each. And yes they still all work. Have even swapped batteries for the cartridges that have saving abilities.
