Love this recipe, Chef!! It looks like a beautiful dessert for anytime, but I think I would make this on a Saturday morning and set it in the refrigerator for Sunday morning breakfast. Salivating while watching it! It's bedtime and I'm getting hungry! *drool*

I normally use home-made limoncello to soak the biscuits. Delicious! But sometimes I mix half milk, half rum (or bourbon), add some sugar and a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon, and soak the biscuits in that... very festive! Or add a bit of coffee for that tiramisu flavour... :D Any combination of dry and candied fruits and nuts can be put into the ricotta mix. I love dry figs and candied lemon and orange peel in it. And pistachio. Lovely stuff! The possibilities are endless!
