If a leader doesn’t adapt to change then you get left behind! A true leader understands things always change. Players are all different. Iowa accepted that that when they got CC they hated her play because they couldn’t “control” her so they adapted to her play and said ….ok kid… we will give you a leash because our players don’t understand your play so play it and make sure it’s a team first dynamic. How did that work Geno??? You got outcoached by Ohio coaches.
