This is so broad and general, it could apply to anyone. “Low sugar consumption leads to less diabetes in people like you, and you should eat more omega-3’s.” ...duh?

This was interesting. I’ve never heard of Genopalate before. I may get one for myself.

Overall it was helpful in giving information as to the utility of the service. Sad to see some of their recommendations, such as seed oils, which are very highly processed and considered deleterious by many, soy, and ultraprocessed grains in bread and pasta. Thanks for sharing this.

Did the report include food allergies, or foods that you should stay away from?

Waste of money so far. Advising too much carb and seed oils.

I got my DNA tested through genopalate along with my mom, and it's mind-blowing. After reading the report I can definitely say that my report says that my body responds to carbs, so for my genes, it's not recommended to go on a low carb diet. Here is the downside; my report suggests that I am likely to be sensitive to gluten. I shared this information with my doctor, and she agreed that I follow a gluten-free diet. It's something that I will follow, and make sure that I follow it strategically due to my mom's side of the family being gluten intolerant ( one of my cousins on my moms sudd has celiac disease). Other than that, I can eat dairy fine as long as it's low fat and other foods like fruits and vegetables. It's really cool.
