I started my spiritual journey approximately 2 years ago. I noticed my personal life has changed a lot .. but I know I still have a long way to go in the direction of awakening and living fully as my true nature and having the mind completely under my control …… but recently I’ve noticed a very interesting situation where under a particular circumstance , a feeling of unease arises , I am fully aware of that energy , I decide I will be the watcher of it , but somehow I still let that energy continue…….. I am a bit confused , how can I be the watcher while at the same time allow that energy to continue 😀😀😀 it almost felt like I'd rather feel the feelings of unease than to make some change

Observe the energy, bring awareness to it, allow it to do what it is doing while you observe it and it will release. We call this "welcoming" in releasing.

This man had to disrobe and stop teaching officially as a Zen teacher. He exploited and manipulated students. He is not entitled to call himself Roshi and allowing a platform to this man tells many that this channel is not credible. Do better in future.
