All of them are speaking in Putonghua Beijing Dialect. Had they made this in Taiwan/Hong Kong instead of mainland China characters would have some sort of dialect. I wonder if they are installed by default on the Hong Kong Taiwan Market version of the game. However you could not type 香港 due to mainland china Censorship rules. I wonder if some of them do Chinese dramas
