The way I interpreted it, is that the Caribert we met is kind of like Rukkhadevata's consciousness, only instead of being preserved as a fleeting memory in Irminsul, he was the fleeting consciousness remaining in the Loom of Fate. Considering the connection between Irminsul and the Ley Lines, it totally makes sense why the traveler was reminded of Rukkhadevata, especially seeing the memories of the siblings' exchange disappeared along with Caribert's dissappearance.

Using the decoding sheets they have you can decode many messages in game like on signs or in ruins. The languges usually directly translate to english or to latin.

For as of now, and from what we have been shown, it's more like a conflict of interest; Dain has a beef with the Abyss, the 5 Sinners who sided with the Abyss and ultimately betrayed Khaenriah, which ultimately resulted on the Khaenrians being cursed; on the other corner, the traveler's sibling, who was traveling with Dain, now sided with the Abyss to do whatever it is that they are planning. Abyss sibling will definitely use the Loom of Fate against the Heavenly Principles as per the quest. As to how, we'll find out soon. Idk if there is a deeper, more personal conflict between the Abyss sibling and Dain other than regarding the Abyss order tho. Dain still cares for our sibling since he did hesitate to fight them (i mean they did travel together for quite some time). My personal interpretation would like, Dain doesn't agree with the approach of our sibling in fighting the Heavenly Principles. But I may be wrong, so... yeah

@@diane090397the abyss sibling sided with vederfolnir (sorry for the spelling haha) and according to dain they didn’t fight for khanri’ah but abyss sibling said that dain failed to protect khanri’ah as well. Someone is lying… I think the abyss sibling and the 5 sinners have a ton of power and have roped in the cryo archon and fatui. They wish to burn away the old world and overthrow the heavenly principles. I think dain thinks that khanri’ah is lost and overthrowing the heavenly principles would disrupt too many people’s lives in the archon’s regions. Basically he thinks that they’re too dangerous and extreme but also feels immense guilt and sadness from the loss of his homeland and the traveler will either have to side with the abyss or teyvat. I think hoyo will prob let us overthrow the heavenly principles but then we’ll have to defeat the abyss as well because they’re too extreme that way it saves all the vision users/ npcs/nations

It depends Dying can also be metaphorical, not just literally. In a way the people of Khaenriah "died" because they lost their human consciousness/mind and self-awareness when they transformed into monsters There's also the thing about living on in people's memories/history: if one dies in the literal way, memories and history will keep their memory of them, but if there's no one to remember them then that's also "dying" because the proof of existence fades away. While that statement alone may be vague, it is confirmed that it was the Heavenly Principles that initiated the Cataclysm, they're still at fault for the lives of innocent people
