@@Shivermist110 you could try getting energy recharge substats on her artifacts. Noelle doesn't really need god tier substats on her artifacts and getting energy recharge is quite easy. I saw this one guy with 150% energy recharge and he had 100% up time on her Q on Floor 12 chamber 1-3, sometimes her Q would be ready before the current one ended.

You can achieve slightly lower Q Damage with an R4 Whiteblind (I have one and I've tested.) The downside is your non-Q Damage will be much lower than a WGS

yeah i'd say his dps should be much better if he has a Crit Circlet with Sub Stat Crit DMG. His Crit Rate is too low for the 190% Crit DMG. He would end up at about 76% crit rate and 140-ish% Crit DMG with a good Crit Circlet, which is an ideal number. Tho the difference would be just around 5% so yeah.

First as I stated above he can try to use a Crit Circlet with around 15% Crit DMG substat to have a better CR/CD ratio. Secondly, since his weapon at RF5 already gives so much Geo DMG, he can play around with an ATK% Goblet instead. Ningguang ascension also gives a fuck ton of Geo DMG too. Diminishing return on Geo DMG is hurting his DPS for sure.

No lie, R5 weapons make such a massive difference. I have top end artifacts on Ningguang with a Lost Prayer, and running the damage calculator, going R5 is a 60% increase in damage across the board.

So we have pretty much the same stats for Ningguang, aside from mine have a little more crit rate (54.6%) and less crit dmg (178%). Guess I can solo floor 12 with her and C6 Fischl for one half, and the other I can use C6 Noelle with R4 Whiteblind and C6 Sucrose for (no Venti sadly). Albedo could go there too for some support and to act as battery. Thanks for the guide.
