After doing the echo of someone once does the world quest appear the next day?

I think it was the case for me, but only after I got the in-game achievement for helping with the machine. Which I got after giving one of each types of treasure hoarder insignias.

​@@Yisus1500I think you need to five silver . I gave the silver insignia and got an achievement. The next day the world quest appeared for me

you know close to the reputation NPC in Sumeru CIty just on the other side of the wall is a billboard? - if you see some adventurers standing there - thats that last gourmet supremos one

From what I found online, looks like you’ll have to change the commissions back to Inazuma and do the commission where you gather petals for one of the characters. That will unlock the world quest in Sumeru apparently.
