yeah it's a solo quest :( If it's difficult, I'd suggest you go wander the world for awhile and farm materials from the world and dungeons to upgrade your characters and their weapons.

If you're failing with the electro cube, I recommend memorizing the patterns, also amber rocks this quest so definitely recommend it. Plus, if you have fischl and amber that duo is amazing

I hope you would have cleared it up by now, but if not, just wanna say its not impossible. As a f2p I did the quest with Xianling, Noelle, Kaeya and Barbara. Just try to level them up (all except barbara were 40 for me, she was lvl 35). It won't look as cool or neat but you can for sure get through at it in the first attempt

I just completed that quest yesterday, here are some tips that might help you- -make sure your characters and weapons are at level 50 (it makes it easier to fight the hypostasis) -take some jade parcels and dmg boosting potions -take a healer and shield with you like barbara and Noelle -use elemental burst to destroy the crystals of hypostasis -use good artifacts (like crit dmg, elemental dmg bonus and atk )

I was flustered by the ruin guards itself cuz I'm so used to having shields I asked my friends (all ar40 - ar55) and they're like, it's chill, use whoever you're most comfortable with except electro and it was so much easier

I have a tip! 1. Grind hard and get artifacts at the highest! Artifacts are helpful and give more damage! 2. Try to get the best weapon for your character! And max it’s levels 3. Hit in the weak spots of the opponent! In ruin guards it’s the eye and the back! 4. The last one is hard so use amber for it! Don’t waste your elemental power it can be helpful Edit! I did it! I will tell my characters 1. Fischl - lvl 50, weapon level - Ascended once 2. Amber - lvl 40, weapon level - Same as fischl 3. Mona - lvl 40, weapon level - same 4. Barbara - lvl 40, weapon level - 20 Also I took 7 radish soup, 20 sweet Madame (chicken) and Jade parcels And tried defeating the cube before going in! Tip:: use amber or any bow character for the cube NO fischl since she is electro Hopefully this helps anyone reading! ☺️

I had trouble too but I recommend having lots of food to use. My team consisted of Aether, razor, kaeya and xiangling. I worked on finishing floor 3 chamber 3 to get a free x8angling before doing this ascension task. If you are not comfortable with using amber like me you can try the way i did and get xiangling. I pulled razor but if you don't have him, even up lisa and use her. I didn't have any healers, I mostly just used food to heal up so i can focus on more damage. If you do want a healer Barbara is a great option as she is hydro. If you have other hydro characters do use them. All of my characters were a level 40 and aether a 43. It was a decent experience. Hopefully this helps

Just finished this quest tonight actually, my second try. I searched up the basic info about the boss and tried but was super confused when it spitted out 3 different cubes. Went to look at a video and it was actually wayyy easier than it looked. I defeated the boss basically with only Kaeya and Amber (Mostly Kaeya) but took a lot longer on the obstacles that come before. So here's my tips: - Memorize the basic patterns and dodge the attack, should be fairly easy most of the time - Kaeya's Ice works really well on this boss, I basically only used him for the entire fight - When it splits into a ring around the core and shoots lazer, try gets inside and attack the core using Cryo attacks (I havent really figured out a way to get out at the end so you would take some damage but it does a heck tone of damage to the boss so whatever) - Combine Amber's and Kaeya's attack to finish the cubes at the end, try get it in one go if possible but other wise repeate the process, when you defeated it again there should be the number of cubes you havent finished off before. I used this strat and finished with about 2 minutes left on the clock so I guess it's pretty effective lol

I beat it but i was shaking when i killed the electro hypotasis, i thought i needed to complete more quests for AR 26 but nope i needed to do this- good luck AR 25 players u can use hydro characters, pyro, cryo to beat the electro hypotasis in time. if ya don’t use those elements u have a small chance to beat it in 480 seconds, when you beat the electro cube u need elemental bursts so eliminate the triangle electro things the cube left so it cannot revive, and done u have world level 2 pls tell me if it worked for u i really want to know

Yes once you finish the quest it’ll give you all the extra exp you’ve gained. It might bump you a few levels if you saved up a lot.

i just beat this yesterday, im so proud of myself 😭!! The characters i used were, MC (anemo), Kaeya, Amber, and Barbara for healing. My artifacts are only at like level 0-5, so i just enhanced my weapons for Kaeya and Amber specifically to beat the electro hypostasis. During the part where u have to destroy the regeneration stones, it took me two tries using Kaeya's "cool it", and Amber's bow-arrow and elemental burst. it doesn't gain much health, depending on how many stones u destroyed i think. just be ready to destroy them when the cube's health gets really low.

Yesss, this gave me the final push to complete the domain and I finally was able to. I used the same team except of chongyun, I used Rosaria. Traveller and xingqui were lvl 50 and the rest were 40. I had left it for so long that my xp grew, and the second I completed the domain I shot up to AR 32 lol

Tips that I wish I knew before doing this ascension quest: Get food. SO MUCH FOOD. Know what food buffs are and how to use them. Use artefacts and level them up. Tips that I used that really helped: Be careful of your surroundings. You can fall off the map. Have a Cryo character and a Pyro character in your team. Use the Elemental reactions to your advantage Defeat the ruin guard before fighting the wooden shield big hillichurll guy Team I used: Sayu Bennett Rosaria Barbara Other tips: Overlevel your characters for a better advantage Wish for better weapons and for duplicate weapons to refine When at the Electro Cube stage, when you have to destroy the parts of it’s core, use a cryo E skill, then a Pyro E skill Practice defeating the monsters in the overworld (and get the rewards while your at it) Good Luck :D

I'm very late- but if anyone comes across this, you can completely skip the first abyss mage with the archers by flying over them, and if the abyss mage tp's to you, it should loose intrest if you run fast enough! :D

and for the electro hypostasis, just stay calm! its a lot easier than it seems, just dont look at the timer too much. Getting to know its attack patterns is also helpful! :D
