I think it's due to the fact that unlike most of the other new stars,her Burst has a Top Down Camera angle that slowly lowers down to show her,rather than showing her from a front facing perspective for the entire animation.

I think eula animation is one of tye rare ones thats inter act with the surroundings . Like the snow flakes adjust accordingly to the distance of the camera unlike wanderer or cyno , whose just breaks lol.
