In starrail, the astral express didn't know where Akivili was or where it went, it wanted to trace Akivili's paths, so The twins are the Syzigies of Akivili and when their journey comes to an end in THAT world they will move to celestia by the time astral express comes... That fits the worlds perfectly as Honkai impact's last story Also suggests a train leaving their universe 😮😮😮, and Caelus is Aether's son in mythology... Then the only constellation that isn't available in the simulated universe is Gemini!

to add some interesting information regarding this theory, in the Dirge of Bilqis world quest, Liloupar asked if Traveler was a Prince/Princess in exile, and in the traveler's answer, there is an option "yes, I am", and in one of Melusine's quest(I forgot her name) a Melusine told both Traveler and Paimon that she saw Traveler as a Monster that looks like it could swallow the whole world in a single bite, and Melusines could see what ordinary humans couldn't see 😨

There’s is theory that the traveler did leave Teyvat, where star rail is the future, because we can find their wings in Herat space station along with himeko’s shattered sword. So this could mean that the traveler is following the path of the nameless, which is why we never used our real name in teyvat and is instead using a fake name from us.

The train literally railed Akivili and got broken, as Akivili stopped the train with their fucking body to avoid killing humans, which is why Himeko even has it. Plus the twins are more likely to be the Twin Stars from the Honkai Project than they are being Aeons.

Also the new namecard we get in 4.0 after completing certain achievements reveal two shooting stars. When read it says those stars were summoned and they complete a certain cycle "AGAIN". Hence directing some sort of loop theory, also supporting the Mondstadt gateway of celestia, the start and ending of our journey fact.

Here's a little breakthrough potential (reading session yeay) : Paimon's symbol (on her outfit) is a triquetra which in Buddhist tradition is related to the Solar Dynasty. The founder of this dynasty is Ikshvaku (a legendary king or something). And the family deity this Ikshvaku was worshiping is none other than Vishnu , the Supreme Being and bestower of Karma in one of the hinduist traditions. Apart from that, they are also considered to be the God of Time and more. Now, the more interesting part is the other name of this dynasty : Descendant of the Sun. For a fact, their deity is the Sun itself. (There's also the Lunar dynasty that pray the moon) Both Twins'hair are BRIGHT YELLOW, the colour of the sun. (I'd like to point out that both of them also appear like stars and the Sun is a star). Now, let's talk about this Samsara situation. Samsara is also an hinduist concept and is depicted as a painful cycle of rebirth. Wouldn't you know, The Buddha, a Descendant of the Sun, has written the Noble Eightfold Path. This path supposedly can break the cycle by mastering eight practices. By breaking the cycle, we enter in timeless immaterial state where we are completely free from everything. (ascend to aeonhood ?) I want to take us back to Vishnu one last time. In Hinduism, Vishnu has a mighty deed called the Trivikrama (the Three Strides of Vishnu). These consist in three steps : beginning as an insignificant being Vishnu needs to establish their god form. From then, the first step covers the earth, the second the Ether (air) and the third entire heaven. Those three steps were taken to fight and free the three worlds that were usurped by evil Asuras. This story of usurpation reminds me of the Second Who Came. As for the Asuras, some are somewhat close to demons in their own way, being envious and evil. (Archons ?) Finally, Sumeru exists in Hinduism, it's a five-peaked mountain where gods lived. (There's a story of treason about that...) Conclusion : Genshin Impact takes heavy inspiration from Hinduism as well and I feel like this has been overlooked. I believe there is a huge potential for understanding Genshin's lore hidden in Wikipedia's page. Maybe it's something you want to look into. Ps : I've already talked about it before but there's a "Kalki" guy that needs to gather 8 superhuman powers to recreate the world...

Star Rail’s planets are all separate leaves on the Imaginary Tree too. If you look in the data bank in SR, they say that the worlds are separated and blocked off by imaginary boundaries, where people just cannot pass through. People in SR’s universe are knowledgable of these boundaries and use the paths that Akivili trailblazed in order to travel around and establish trade and such.

So from what I'm getting from your words is this structure in my head: Imaginary Tree → The "Universe" that SR rakes place, and that the worlds they visit are leaves or bubble universes. Leaf/Bubble Universe → Where Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact take place. So far, none of the people in the Leaves know that they can traverse the Imaginary Tree. However, Welt was able to enter the tree and board the express, which suggests that they can break out of their Leaves via a special method. The imaginary tree being the true universe explains why the Aeons are more powerful than Herrschers and Archons, because they're on another different plane of existence, much higher than the bubble universes.

@@TheFoolAltAccount sorta but not quite. Bubble universes are specifically worlds that have fallen into the Sea of Quanta and risk being destroyed. Honkai and Star Rail’s worlds are still attached to the tree and are true worlds. Also as far as we know, from Honkai Impact, there was no world that could escape the destruction of the Honkai, because a character peered into the infinite worlds trying to find one free of them. However now, Honkai energy has been sealed away, so that might be why we’re seeing other powerful entities appear in the worlds such as Star Rail.

Hear me out, there is a set of 2 connected animes that have this logic, they are not connected to any hoyo games whatsoever but their logic might still apply. The farther you are from the original world, the bigger the difference gets. There is no original world in the "hoyoverse" but the same rule may still apply. So you can call the worlds with honkai: the "honkai sector".

The way they entered teyvat as literal shooting stars, the fact that they’re outsiders, being able to summon every damn element with ease, being acknowledge as something unknown yet strong, and just the fact that they’re always associated with stars, even their names. When akivili was mentioned in star rail it all just clicked so well. Akivili suddenly disappeared one day, almost as if they were trapped in a world they were visiting, like a certain pair of twins 🤔 And i just gotta say, the timing of when star rail came out, is when hi3 just about ended and when genshin was at it’s mid point. Timing seems to be everything for hoyo, and i wouldn’t be surprised if they released star rail at that point because they were gonna lore dump 😂

There's a theory that, paimon actually allows the Traveler to wield the elements. If you remember in the kazuha archon quest, he told us that the traveller AND *paimon* smelled like the earth, wind, and the stars. Which by the time we had only unlocked geo and anemo, but what stands out the most is how he could smell that with paimon too. Another interesting thing is paimon seemed to forget her origins considering she couldn't answer how she could "suddenly disappear into thin air" when questioned, which seems to me she was deleted off irminsul as well for unknown reasons, but that's just my hypothesis.

Wait…. As you said, we Travelers started our journey in Teyvat at Mondstadt and will end there. If you take a look at our map feature in GI, Fontaine having been released makes it look like we’re going in a circle. Going from Mondstadt, to Liyue, to Inazuma, to Sumeru, Sumeru desert, Fontaine, maybe Natlan, Snezhnaya, and back to Mondstadt. Following this theory, the period of akivili’s disappearance from hsr could coincide with the twins arriving on teyvat, which lasts 500 or so years, at least, since the twins first arrived at the cataclysm of khanrei’ah, 500 years before present-day genshin. However, this does not really match up with Star rail, so perhaps time passes differently in genshin than in star rail. I remember wei might have said something about teyvat being an irminsul simulation in a previous video, so perhaps irminsul is part of the star rail universe in some way. Maybe irminsul may be the ‘device IX’ mentioned in star rail, or maybe its a branch of the simulated universe, as that would explain how herta has the genshin wind glider

500 years is the minimum. The traveler woke up later than their sibling when they arrived in teyvat. The sibling may or may have not traveled teyvat for sometime before waking their counterpart and saying they need to leave after witnessing the destruction of khaenriah only to be stopped by the unknown god that barred their way. They recounted the details of this event during the first Dainsleif quest. So they both may have slumbered for some unknown time, then comes the first sibling's awakening, leading up to them waking up their brother/sister and making an attempt to escape from that world.

Until Star Rail came out, I was sure Teyvat and the Traveler were connected to Honkai and Herrschers or something but now I have to figure out how Aeons fit into the lore. Were they Honkai? Herrschers could be similiar to the gods of teyvet as we have seen them harness similiar powers and have paralells to herrschers. I think that the honkai in honkai impact were a force of an aeon's will. It is more likely that Aeons had an influence in creating the honkai as 'Finality', the entity or force that created herrschers, is seen in the aeon trailer in the corner of the equilibrium screen, most likely being consumed by it or is desolving as Kiana is harnessing its powers. Finality is what gifted the herrschers their powers to test to see if humanity could over come or merge with the honkai, most likely to prepare humanity of that world to reach beyond their world. Kiana is also planning on gifting people abilities similiar 5o herrschers in the future iirc and so everyone can withstand the hobkai corruption. The honkai had similiar mind control or influence on herrschers like the stellerons had on cocolia and others (and cocolia turned into q zhongli and herrscher of star fusion). But like our hsr MC who had a stelleron placed inside of them, Kiana (and Mei) had a shard of herrschers implanted in them and they were able to over come the hobkai and control their powers. Its probably why welt knew how to seal the stelleron because its extremely similar or even another variant of herrscher cores (he even mentioned its similiar to herrschers iirc). The reason welt left the hobkai impact world is to find out where the alien beings came in the second part/aftermath of hobkai impact: honkai odessey. Most likely they were sent by an aeons influence or wanted to consume Kianas herrscher energy as they stationed themselves on the moon where kiana ended up being sealed. Imo, honkai impact had no direct aeon influence either just like honkai impact as weel has HI3 and genshin both having paralells in some way. It is heavily implied that teyvet is an ark and most likely is a bubble verse that was created using energy from an aeon (likely the god mentioned that hatched from an egg and had a crown and wings o4 something) to keep aeon's influence out or specifically destruction. Every person in teyvet is pr8bably made out of elemental energy which is probably why the people of fontaine will turn back into water if touching ghe primordial waters (the leaking of quanta) as it would reset them (much like Finality). Its bubble verse most likely slowly sinking into the sea of quanta, severed from the tree or becoming a 'doomed' world. Its possible irmisul was a simulated world tree to stabilize teyvet. Also Khnaeri'ah was probably also a hub for traveling to other worlds for trailblazers. Teyvet also might be a simulation to create aeons as everyone has stars/constellations that can fall and influence others much like stellerons. Even thr gods. Our travelers also maybe stellerons since they were shooting stars and their influence on twyvet seemed to have caused the cataclysm indirectly (imo). Idk a lot to think about

No, I doubt Herrschers are as strong as Aeons (most of them, anyway). Aeons are essentially the physical embodiments of concepts, which is why they have such unbelievable power. Some of them may be unable to fight, yes, but I don’t think a Herrscher has the destructive power to end an Aeon-at the very least, not very easily, The only Herrscher who I can see beating an Aeon is HoFi Kiana. Even then, against Aeons such as Nanook it wouldn’t go easily by any means.

But that wouldn't really fit as the Garden of Recollection members aren't supposed to have physical bodies and can record memories without direct interference unless there are special circumstances such as the Trailblazer being an anomalous entity. If I had to guess Aether and Lumine are Nameless from the Astral Express during a different period of time than Honkai Star Rail takes place, before or after I'm not sure. I think its far more like that the Trailblazer is or is going to be an Aeon. After all just looking at them they look like Nanook, and according to Kafka they are destined for battle Nanook. She also said there are three ways an Aeon can fall only listing two of the three. The first being they are killed by another Aeon, the second being that the path they follow is too closely related to another one and the Aeon that has the broader concept for their path will absorb the narrower one. My theory for the third way an Aeon can fall is being replaced by another another candidate. And I believe that's what the story of Honkai Star Rail will actually be about. The Trailblazer being groomed to ultimately take Nanooks place, whether it be as a direct replacement for destruction or by becoming an Aeon that's concept is broader but still close to destruction and ultimately absorbing Nanook.

thats my theory too or atleast they were passengers on the express. Since we dont know how long akivili has been "dead/missing" theres the chance that genshin happens during akivili's disappearance or after. If you think the twins are just a sit akivilli then them being trapped in teyvat is possibly it could have been that akivili ended up in teyvat after the exosion of the express and in an attempt to leave got trapped there unable to return to fix the express. If you bekieve they are passengers then this happens during akivili's absence at the very least which would explain why the train was not there. Or perhaps it happens right at the moment the express blew up as im sure if it happened before hand they would know about it and not go to the "station".

Nahida presumed that the First Descender is the Heavenly Principles and they had a fight with the Second Who Came, although it’s not confirmed that the Second Who Came is the Second Descender. However, Gnoses are made using the remains of the Third Descender. That would mean that, according to your theory, the trio of HST came to Teyvat, then for whatever reason two of them fought each other and later used the third’s remains as Gnoses? This is definitely a compelling argument, the only nitpick I have is that in the original chinese, the word for “world” is used in most of the instances that are commonly (mis)translated as “universe”. Only 1 mention of a multiverse exists in the entirety of the 3 games in chinese and that’s in a text about The Nihility in hsr iirc. Homu Labs made an incredible video on the topic of these localization errors and it honestly made sense since I’d already gotten a feeling from a few context clues that the world of hi3 and the world of hsr are actually in the same universe, just on different ends. I’d even say that bc in genshin the twins travel through “worlds”, the proper context in fact supports your theory even better. I highly recommend watching the video, it really does put a lot of things into perspective!

My theory is that Aether is the dad to our MC in Honkai Star Rail, which then got separated because something happened, then Elio took us, train us with Kafka, until we're good enough to starting our own journey, and become the next Akivili, continuing our dad's legacy. (Or mom if you played Lumine)

There are 2 versions , and the presumed *false* one is that Caelus/Stelle is born from the flesh of an Aeon (would allign with this theory) , and the presumed true one is that their body was made artificially specifically to.hold a stellaron

@@artificial_exp That what makes it more interesting. I mean, they never clarified that if we answer the truth, her next answer also be the truth, right? We just assumed if we answer the truth, her answer is also truth, then if we lie, the next one is a lie (Or vice versa cus I kinda forgot). Which makes her answer pretty vague imo, one of them could be the truth. Or, the answer is mixed of both. Like a certain character from certain anime once said, a great lie is when you sprinkled a little truth in between.
