Gent Z is now one of my favorite KZbin channels and RMRS is a favorite too. I'm 44 now, but I've been on the self improvement journey since I was 17. Unfortunately it wasn't the best time to begin such a journey because content such as this wasn't freely available at the time so it slowed my growth. I just purchased books but I couldn't saturate myself with healthy quality information like we can nowadays. I always regretted that I couldn't be better when I was a younger man as I was incredible awkward and unsociable. Thanks to these people I now understand that being a gentleman when I'm older is as important if not more important than when I was younger. There's nothing more disappointing than seeing or indeed being an older man, while not behaving like a quality person....aka gentleman.

@@Gent.Z Well put! It is the icing on the cake. The same holds true for women. My mother never had "two dimes to rub together," but she always carefully chose her few clothes and was impeccable in her appearance. Poor as a church mouse but generous with her time, she always exuded class. I'm an old guy, now, Gent Z, and less vain about my appearance than I used to be, but your channel reminds me that appearance is the gateway to knowledge of the real person inside. Most people will never get to know the real person if the person's looks and manner are off-putting. I hope you're enjoying Chicago. I grew up there, and I still miss it sometimes.

I like Antonio and I'm sure it's just a matter of habit, since this is his studio where he talks to the camera as a matter of course, but a gentleman really should address the person he's having a conversation with rather than the camera. This made the entire conversation a bit awkward to watch, though it was slightly amusing to see Gent Z occasionally glance at the camera while Antonio was speaking, as if to double check for someone else in the room. Kudos to Gent Z for not allowing that to distract him. I'm certain that upon review, Antonio will remedy this in future conversation videos.

I too much appreciate these men addressing the higher ideals of masculinity. Additionally I enjoyed the fellow on the left addresses the indispensable component of being a gentleman, that is the capacity for violence, severe and decisive. Additionally the gentleman must have the ability to meek his violence and overwhelm those in his charge with compassion and mercy. My advise to the younger gentleman would be to focus on courtship as an artifice to obtain a wife not a shallow tryst. A woman who knows you want her but also sees your restraint wanting something more than her body will be at least intrigued if her IQ is above 40. If she is not, thanks her for the evening and get her home.

Most behaviours, especially the bad ones, spring from karma of previous lives. People are born again together having created karma in a previous life. Morals and ethics were far lower in previous lives on earth, and mistakes were far easier to make. History repeats as long as the vengeful / mistaken behaviour continues ie "Eye for an eye". Each one of us makes history and are part of history. It's possible to find individuals that unknowingly read about themselves in a previous life when they were in another personality, culture, language, gender, in history books. Healing becomes possible from the understanding that each person is the cause of whatever happens to them. The cause lies often in relationships of previous lives, which we forgot about (for good reasons). We are given a chance to be the better man or woman, and forgive those that behave badly towards us, out of freedom, through understanding, forgiveness and love. We experience in this life the deeds and actions we did in relating to other people in previous lives. We choose the bad experiences we may be living through now in order to pay the karmic debts, so we can evolve further without their burdens. Most people, in paying the karmic debts, become stronger and often these bad experiences become the foundation of their lives work.

My very thoughts too as I watched this video. Antonio spent most of his answering time looking directly at the camera when this was supposed to be a conversation between two people. I am surmising that this is a habitual way of being for Antonio due to his many, many videos and learned camera behaviour. However, if this were to have been a conversation that I was having, I would have quietly advised the other party of their disrespectful behaviour (ie. not engaging in proper interaction behaviour and sufficient eye contact) or just pulled up stumps. Big thimbs up to James for maintaining his composure during this conversation knowing that it was being recorded and that Antonio was doing his 'camera thing'.....
