GENTARO tries to protect KINTARO from Dad.🅷🅾🆃【KyotoZoo,Gorilla

GENTARO was worried that mischievous KINTARO might hit his father MOMOTATO and get angry with him. He was worried that MOMOTARO might do something to KINTARO, so he stayed behind MOMOTARO, trying to protect KINTARO.　
GENTARO and KINTARO were using the entire gorilla house to chase each other, which was an interesting scene.

Father MOMOTARO ♂(2000/7/3)　
He is hesitant in new situations and is a loner.
His father died before he was born, and he had never spent time with a silverback.
He had already turned into a silverback by the time he was 10 years old.
He is struggling with unfamiliar child-rearing.
　　
Mother GENKI ♀ (1986/6/24)　　　
She is 14 years older than Momotaro and has a role to support the whole family mentally.
She has had a tumultuous and eventful life.
She has returned to her birthplace, Kyoto City Zoo.
She had never been blessed with a baby but after meeting Momotaro,
she had two sons.
She is a very maternal female gorilla.
First son GENTARO, male (2011/12/21)
He was separated from his mother Genki soon after he was born.
Genki's milk production was not very good.
He was raised by his keeper for his first10 months.
Because of this, he is very fond of humans.
His face is so expressive, and everyone enjoys watching him.
Second son KINTARO ♂ (2018/12/19)
He is just very strong-willed and independent.
He has big eyes and long eyebrows.
The way he plays a lot with his brother Gentaro is
makes everyone smile.
We can't wait to see what kind of gorilla he'll become!

I love watching the two brothers playing, especially around the curtain wall. They chase and spin, and chase and spin. There is genuine love and affection between these two siblings. Kintaro I have noticed seems to get a lot of owies, but it is because he goes too fast, he is sometimes overconfident, and is easily distracted. Lol! What an awesome family. 💓

I've been working non stop and this is the first chance I've had to FINALLY catch up with my favorite little troop. I love Gentaro still does his little twirls lol. How sweet was his face while he was watching his baby brother and father play...He looked so concerned and was ready to distract his father if things got too rough on his baby bro. I absolutely love Gentaro 💞 . I just wish he was able to get the same attention from his parents. Makes me sad when he's ignored.

💞🦍Gentaro💞 has been 🐒 Kintaro's personal bodyguard for a while. 🤭😊😎 8:39 Yes, Gentaro gave Momotaro a slight uppercut (sure as a little warning). 🤛 🤭 Gentaro (sitting behind Dad) had to wait for that at that moment because Momotaro stayed completely focused for a while. Until he turns around and calmly walks away. 🙃😄

Kintaro rebusca la paja pues sabe que alli también esconden sus sorpresas de comida, eso lo divierte mucho. Me gusta cuando Gentaro se da volteretas cuando su hermanito lo persigue, ¡asi es el juego! Papa Momo les enseña las reglas a sus hijos y mama Genki desea que este jovencito Gentaro que crece rapidamente sea fuerte e independiente y no tener "mamitis" aunque algunas veces también se le a visto a Genki que deja que le tome su mano o cuando ve algun problema en su pelaje ella le acicala. Es una Bonitta Familia..los 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘😘

I watch a lot of ape videos. Momotaro seems so angry and the meanest. I feel bad 4 him but also feel bad for this whole family. Their enclosure is horrible! And that NEEDS 2 change! This is way 2 small of a place for this family of 4!

Gentaro loves his brother so much he will chance momotaro turning around and possibly going after him I wish genki could have seen that maybe she could find a sliver of affection for gentaro she caused gentaro to be spiteful towards her genki hit and punch gentaro all the time when he tried to eat with her she got up and walk away I love you gentaro. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

She didnt cause Gentaro to be spiteful she was /is good to Gentaro. U also have to remember Gentaro was taken away from her and humans fed him for 11 months so he didnt go back to Genki till he was almost 1 and she took him in without question. Male Gorillas when they get older tend to start pushing theor mothers away in a way of showing independence but Genki does love Gentaro. If she didnt she would never allow him near Kintaro. Y et she knows she can relax when Gentaro plays with Kintaro. Gentaro just is getting older and is naughty and Genki is a little older and maybe less patient. I have No doubt in my mind that Genki loves Gentaro and Gentaro loves Genki too. They just show it differently then they show affection to little Kintaro. In 5 years Kintaro will get the same treatment Gentaro gets from Genki now.

Jesus. Genki was very affectionate towards Gentaro when he was little and while she's careful around him now, its only because he attacks her. She still sits with him and even holds his hand and comforts him when he's injured. She's a great mother.
