Adee, thank you for sharing this particular flow. I'm a 50 year old male and life long martial artist. I've had problems with my hips for years and about 15 years ago was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in 3 discs of my lower back. This flow has helped me tremendously and reduced my pain to near zero. Thank you so much. You're a life changer. :)

I'm not an old man but my body has taken a beating playing sports all the way through my childhood and college and lifting heavy all my 31 years and these videos help out an incredible amount. I love your videos. The only criticism I will give you is that the way you give instructions, I find myself forced to constantly look at the TV to see what you are doing when I'd rather concentrate on the movements while listening to your voice. And you constantly describe what you are doing AFTER you already started doing it. Other than that two little things, your videos are my favorite. Thanks.

This has really helped relive the pain and tightness in my hips. Plus I'm gonna look into your Hip flexor video, since that's the another area I'm weak in. According to the docs I have a slight case of hip dysplasia, do to some wear in tear. 8 years in the Military where not kind to me...
