I know that you aren't active online anymore but I just wanted to thank you for this video - in case you ever check back. I have been dealing with CFS for nearly 2 years and have tried a lot of different yoga videos to help keep me moving. There is something special about this one. It's just the perfect amount of movement to be a little challenging but not exhausting and really does help reduce my pain. Also, I'm not sure why but I almost always well up at the end, I just get this little bubble of emotion. I'm not usually one for mushy talk but it really does feel like you care about me, even though we've never met. I hope that you are doing well, in whatever life has brought you.

This is the best yoga video for CFS I've ever seen, and your gentle and soothing voice really helps me to relax too! It was just the perfect amount of stretching for me. I've had chronic fatigue for years but recently has been exacerbated by a knee problem, so as a modification I did the exercises where you are cross legged sitting in a chair instead. I'm going to try and do these every day if I can. Thank you so much!

perfect!!!! healing from burn out and a swollen knee pushing past burnout and this was mostly easy to follow and esy to adapt to what my knee can't do. love this great for cf and recovery from burn out

Malia, was there anything in particular that helped you with Chronic Fatigue? Mine seems to be really entwined with dissociation :/ also thanks so much for the chilled yoga videos, it's so nice having videos to follow which arn't pressurising to 'do better' or 'be better' more 'just be' :) xx

Hi Hazel! I was doing a lot of different things at the time, so it's difficult to say what exactly helped my chronic fatigue. I saw a holistic doctor who found a bunch of stuff that was haywire on my tests. I have difficulty with methylation, and going on a supplement for that helped a lot. I also had really low vitamin D, so supplementing that helped too. Just lowering my overall stress and anxiety levels, and doing restorative type yoga like this! Yes, I felt like my fatigue and dissociation seemed intertwined as well. I'd feel very "brain foggy" throughout it all. Hope you start feeling better soon!

This is the one of the most restorative yoga videos I have ever seen on KZbin! 💕 The flow of the poses continuously released my stored tension and negative energy.
