I have been having really bad anxiety with racing thoughts. It has started to affect my work. Turned this on while at my desk trying to focus and this is exactly what I needed!!! I managed to get so much done with this just looping in the background. I've always had general anxiety but when I recently had it get very intense when nothing had happened in my life to cause anxious thoughts, I figured out that my gut bacteria was messed up (I had really horrific food poisoning for the first time in my life a month prior) after taking probiotics for a week or so I was back to normal! I just wanted to pass this along in case it helps, racing thoughts are honestly the worst... feels like there's no escape! I hope you feel better soon❤

I did the same thing when I was still working in an office. My anxiety has gotten way better since I became self-sufficient and am not overwhelmed by the presence of so many people, sounds, distractions, etc. I still listen to Mariah tho while working. Anxiety sucks, especially when you feel like you need to „function“ and be productive.

Legitimately no one will out do Maria. She will always be the Queen of ASMR, not the very first but one of the first few artist to really get ASMR off the ground and as big as it is now. Thank you Maria. You have been putting me to sleep at least 3 nights a week since 2014!! It is so hard for me to find good ASMR videos with whispering because I cannot stand lip smacking and there are only a handful of artists that can talk and or whisper without overwhelming mouth sounds

My dear little 9 year old son has just gotten his first ear infection.... and its very very painfull 😢 So after a visit to the doctors, chemist and his medicine he was miserable and tired. He loves his ASMR to help him sleep, but was scared it may "hurt his infection"❤ So mummy showed him Dr Maria, the ear doctor and her ASMR and he fell asleep within 10 minutes to her gentle whispers.
