If you are still having trouble sleeping, if you haven't tried melatonin, try it, as a person with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and nightmares, it works so well, also, you should try another ASMR person and her channel name is Chelseamorganwhispers, and she is as amazing as Maria

I've been suffering from anxiety, depression, and insomnia since I was 11 years old. I am 24 now and I can't believe I haven't came across ASMR before. Bob Ross was always my favorite show growing up, but I could never describe the feeling it gave me. I've been watching your videos for about a month and i've never been more at ease with myself. I look forward to sleep and taking care of myself now. I'm probably over reacting but I sincerely appreciate you, Maria. Thank you so much..

Sophie Jackson I also recommend (if Maria isn't available :D) chamomille, but for me, green tea doesn't work too well since it contains a lot of caffeine. Herbal teas might also help, especially ones with valeriana. You could also try showering with hot water first, then cold and then hot again. That might help your muscels relax. :)

I've tried watching other "artists" but absolutely none of them even come close to the quality of your voice and the sensitivity with which you present yourself. I'd like this if this weren't mathematically incorrect. Edit: It is mathematically possible but it needs to be proven and without the function for the rising amount of subscribers it's really hard to calculate it. It's also hard to say what kind of different variables could this function have. Also, what do you mean by world? It's far more bigger concept than any of us can think of so it needs to be determined what does "world" include to make the calculations from there. Assuming the "world" means the amount of people living on this planet, we still need to decide at what time do we take the exact amount of people living because of the fact how fast people die and are born. With this I can say I've said too much and feel like I should just stop thinking and like your comment anyways for the sake of good will.

I'm serious, can you do a video that is just you stacking and counting plastic wrapped cards like this, but for 45 minutes? Even 30 minutes would be awesome.

Perfect video! Love the whole thing (your soft voice and whispers into the mic, the crinkling, your hands, the slightly sticky sounds of your hands on the plastic,etc) and super happy it is so long! Thanks so much!

You should make this type of video a regular thing! Like a series. :) it's my all time favourite. Can't get enough of the tapping sounds. I also collect the journals from Barnes & Noble along with leather journals from Aspinal of London. You should check them out xx
@EscapeMCP10 жыл бұрын
YES! The old cards/journals was my 'go to' video if I was finding it hard to get the feeling. Then this comes along. I'd happily sit in a library whilst MGW describes each and every book on the shelves - twice. :)

Hello Ms. Maria! My boyfriend is a former Marine who was just diagnosed with thyroid cancer, and he could use a little cheering up: it would make his day if you sent him the Superman card. He's my hero, you see, and I think he deserves a little recognition for that. :) P.S. Happy belated birthday and congrats on completing your schooling!

Sending my best healing and fighting vibes to your boyfriend! If they seem sporadic, it's because Maria is making me nod off. ;)

Robin Martens That is so sweet! I am at one with you. Please Maria, sent him a card. I am sure that cheers him up a little bit and gives him strength. I wish him all the best.

I'm sorry to hear about your boyfriend, thankfully Marines aren't known for giving up. He'll push through this. :) From one soldier to another, get well. Not that my opinion matters much, but I also agree with Stephy, Robin and Cutestephie, please send this man a card. :D

My favorite ASMR sounds are high heels clicking and aluminum foil sounds. I always get really relaxed when chocolate easter eggs get opened. Like Kinder eggs or Cadbury Creme eggs. I found myself very relaxed in a salon once while a woman was folding sheets of foil for hair coloring purposes.

Me too! Love getting my hair done bc of the foil. Also loooove the sound Maria makes with her heels. She should make a video where she shows different heels and walks softly back and forth lol.

Maria just wanted to say thank you so much for all the hard work and effort you put in to your videos, it's easy to see how passionate you are about them, your videos always help me drift off to sleep and are so relaxing, I have been watching them nearly every night for months, they have also massively reduced my night terrors, I made a donation to your PayPal a little while ago just as a thank you, just want you to know how many of us appreciate what you do x x

Lindsay Vlassos That was sooo triggering! It's my biggest trigger of all. Not to take away from Maria, but someone who does a lot of finger tracing + gentle tapping is ASMR Peaceful Pleasures. Her older magazine videos are like a drug... just as good as this.😪😪😪
