Never thought I would own another fragrance with the word vetiver in the name after Guerlain Vetiver and I had to part ways but this channel once said that Vetiver Sensual was for people that may be turned off by traditional vetiver scents and so glad I took the chance. @@KeyScents223 I have all 3, if you can't find the right occasion for luminous then you'd better not get the other 2 😂 I think luminous is the most easy-to-wear one, because of the sticky sweetness from the dates, could work well when you're going out at night. They're all wearable but the other 2 are a bit harder to wear, if you ask me which is best I would say luminous tbh. I love the smell of mysterious the most (dark amber rose) but unless you want to smell like a middle eastern sheikh, you'll almost never wear it.

They're all long lasting but to me, I can smell luminous and mysterious night the next day. Moderate projection. It's subjective and based on skin chemistry.

I’m a Layton man myself, and although I do love Herod, I do agree the performance (especially projection) isn’t great. Not that it’s a bad thing, it makes it more suitable for intimate occasions... but yeh, it’s pretty gentle...

I think I'm one of the very few that ranks Carlisle above Layton & Herod (I own all 3... and love all 3, but Carlisle just hits different for me) .... it's my go to for special occasion nights out in the dead of winter. Something PDM does with the tonka bean and patchouli blend that make you get a tobacco like smell is magical.

If you want to save some money MMM replica Jazz Club is realllllly close to PDM Herod. So much so that when I wear one or the other everyone thinks I'm wearing 1 or the other. Surprised OJ Montebaco Intesivo, PDM Layton, Creed Aventus, any of the Bleu De Chanels and Issey Miyake L'eau Dissey Pour Homme didn't make the list of absolute must owens. I wonder if an upcoming top 15 tobacco fragrances is coming soon 🤔

People say new batches of Herod are very weak, but I've never tried it to know. I do have Naxos and it is incredible in every way. Both would be generally liked by strangers though. They are not harsh or challenging in my opinion.

Disagree on Eros EDP and Explorer. Edit because some kids were offended: There are better Aventus clones than MB Explorer (Club de Nuit Intense, L'Aventure, Insurrection II Pure, Supremacy pure Homme etc.) with stronger performance. And Eros is just extremely sweet & overrated. In Italy and Germany Eros is mostly worn by 15-20yo young men...

Pink is probably one of the most masculine colours you could wear . Spartan army wore pink into battle…. Wouldn’t call any of them feminine !! 🤣. Historically, men have always worn pink. Only became associated with women early 20th century.
