L’Oréal has a series of outlet stores where you can get great deals. They make Armani, Ralph Lauren, YSL, and Replica among others . I’ve gotten some insane deals on many but one of the craziest was Purple Label. This summer they had a clearance on purple label. $25! I bought 4

I don't own many standard line designers. I only kept my two faves - Dunhill Icon & Mercedes-Benz Club Black, & they're cheapies too. I also have seven of my favourites from the standard line Guerlain's, (I know people are split on whether Guerlain is a designer or niche house. I'd say they are definitely a niche house, but they also do fragrances that are affordable to most people. If you want to call them designers , then I'd say most of them are better than anything else designer).

Guerlain is great. They are definitely a niche house. They've been around over 100 years. Many people add them to designer lists because of affordable prices, but they also have some really expensive stuff too.

@@SmellsAddicted I completely agree. I've got a handful of their L'Art & La Matiere fragrances & they're stunning, although I do think they're about £50 overpriced. And they also have fragrances from around £600 all the way up to around a whopping £30,000 in their Exceptional Creations line and some much higher that, which you have to talk privately with them, including bespoke creations where you basically become the creative director & you & Guerlain spend months creating the perfume until you & the perfumer get it perfected. As you can imagine, that costs a fair old bit of money. Really they're only for the super rich, but it actually sells very well, despite costing hundreds of thousands pounds.

I do really like Oud Malaki, in fact that whole line from Chopard smells fantastic, but unfortunately the longevity is a bit lacking. Nice & cheap though, so you can go nuts on the sprayer!

I just picked up purple label at an outlet mall in woodburn Oregon for $37!!! This particular store randomly runs several fragrances at 70% off. Also picked up 60ml ysl Y le parfum for $55. Picked up Victor and Rolf flower bomb Ruby orchid 100ml for $55 from there. They get random stuff in weird quantities. A month ago I picked up their last 2 bottles of code absolu for $60 each.

I actually like those Chopard bottles. Sure, it would be nice if it had a nice metal nameplate rather than just a little sticker, but it's got a classy look. That being said, I still have not pulled the trigger on one of these yet, so it may look/feel a little cheaper in your hand.

Smooth collar old / studded collar new. Both are different. I made the mistake of buying the new studded collar version, thinking it had the hazelnut/ chocolate (gianduja) notes. It does not. Even the Valentino website is showing the smooth collared (old) version, last I checked. . Very nice scent, nonetheless . Wound up buying a Dua dupe (Smoky Heart Homme), which got me close. It's a bit sweet, though, but yummy !

The weirdest thing that Giorgio Armani did was release another version of ADG Parfum a YEAR after the original 😂 I gifted this one last Xmas (2023 ver.) to someone and they'll be so confused if they re-up a bottle and find out it's not the same scent that I gave him 😂😂

ADG Profondo Parfum is the worst. Avoid at all costs. EDP Profondo is the way to go. Profumo and ADG Parfum are excellent choices as well
