materials:
The glass size I used is 200 ml.
For the shambali sherbet:
5 cups of sugar.
4 and a half glasses of water.

1 teaspoon of baking soda (a new disposable package of baking soda).
2 cups of yoghurt.
1 glass of sugar.

It will first bake on the lower floor of the oven at 190 degrees for 25 minutes. Then it will go to the upper floor. Wait for it to brown. Since it is a glass baking dish, it will be enough to place it on the middle floor on the baking tray.
