Actually, despite there being many different designs of a so called safety coffins not one person was ever buried in one. Although it is a common fear, most people are buried so long after being presumed dead they'd have already died from say, autopsy, embalming, the elements, dehydration, or whatever put you into a near death state that they didn't treat under the assumption they were too late. So safety coffins didn't have much point.

My theory behind the reason she wasnt reacting to any of the spooks... She was probably diagnosed with some kind of mental disorder that causes vivid hallucinations. This stems from the point where shes walking through the hospital halls and you can hear the doctors saying theyve upped her dose. I would assume the dosage they upped was an antipsychotic. And her 10 year chip probably had to do with drug abuse which she turned to in an attempt to escape her psychotic episodes. So this was probably a daily occurence to her before she had started her antipsychotics and she just assumed that her meds werent helping and she was so used to not reacting in public that it became a habit not to react.

My headcannon is, this is what all bodies do after death. The mortuary people are just used to it, and dont tell anyone to not freak them out. Thats why the protagonis doesnt react at all to everything thats going on! So when Anny suddenly comes to life and starts blabbering satanic, the embalmer is just like "yeah, yeah Anny. Just get back on the stretcher, would you? So you can finally rest tomorrow when you get burried."

I missed some of the scares that jack got, but also found others. Same for the rest of the creators I saw. Seems like every play through has the possibility to be unique because not many of the scares are fixed to specific points, even if it’s just the demo.
