What a great story (except for the siblings who passed, RIP little ones). It takes a special kind of person to foster furbabies and then adopt them out. Great job, Cindy! I have rescued for over 35 years. I have never been able to part with my rescues. Once they have come into my home. That was it they never left! So at one point it was 12! It was awesome how they all got along & how we truly were a very very happy FurFamly!!! What a joy they were & an awesome relationship I had with each & everyone!!!♥️♥️♥️

@@sinisterglitch200 it's not for everyone, I only did it once too, I found the cat she had four kittens I kept her and two of the kittens and gave two away, you get way to attached I really wish I could have kept all of them.

I'm a dog type of guy but rescued 2 kittens and have them and saved 4 other kittens that someone took and I feed 2 feral cats outside and one let's me pet them.

Our neighbour dumped 6 kittens on the street and between 5 houses we look after then,feed then,de-flea and tick and worm them. We couldnt take them in as have 7 huskies but we made them a warm box with straw for them to sleep in year round if they like.

My Dinah is a foster fail. I was her third home at just 5 weeks old with no siblings or Mana and I just couldn't let her go through the trauma of a 4th. So 11 years later, she is still with me lol

usually stray or lost animals are the result of humans failing them or being selfish. We need more animal welfare laws, and for people to obey them.

@@KindCountsDeb3773 I agree, most people are selfish about a bunch of animals, most of the time, people only pick up animals to be wealthy out of them. People seem to find that they are JUST items. It is very trigging and I agree, I have 3 cats and I love them to bits I don't know what I would do without them.

A few things.. Roans foster mom has the most soothing voice! 2nd how about the adoptive parents willing to travel 17 hours to adopt the pair!! That is what I would call an "All In" family, u know that those 2 cats are NOT going to be rehomed yet again now that they are home.

Thank you for all the hard work. I did foster for rescue for a while, which is how I ended up with a bunch of cats.I had a really hard time letting go, so I stopped doing it. Our boys are now 14+ and I still give my time and money, just not my home. :'(

know your limitations, it's best for all. Your kind heart couldn't let them go. I know I could not go to a county pound or kill shelter and "pick" animals to save. I would end up with too many. I admire people who can do that. It's very hard. A rescue I helped with had a leader who once went into a euthanasia room and grab a poodle and removed it to his rescue. 💖💖 He is that good. I'm sure you do other animal welfare work, and I applaud that !! yay

correct. The small city I moved to has a large feral cat population. Some help with TNR, but just a lot of kittens from unspayed or neutered cats. Spay and neuter should be required for outdoor cats, and I don't think outdoor is good for cats, too risky.

@@KindCountsDeb3773 we have the exact problem in our small town too. I have rescued sooo many homeless cat's and kittens. I dedicated my channel to homeless cat's the three cat's you see on my thumbnail I rescued because their momma belonged to some renters down the street but they left her behind to fen for herself she wasn't even a year yet when she had the kittens. So she didn't know how to be a mama.

@@pawsit6578 it's so shameful to discard a living, vulnerable creature. Lazy and cruel as well. It happens with a lot of apartment places. I rescued a very matted Persian who was left outside. SO SWEET. I took him to Vet and he was shaved, given a sweater and tested for the various diseases. A kind lady said she'd take him if he didn't have a disease, as she had just lost a cat to leukemia. She took him. Vet said he was one of the most calm, sweet male cats he'd ever seen. So glad he got a good home.
