Rabbits are only pregnant for 28-31 days, so she was newly pregnant when you rescued her. Also, it's assumed (since there are no other babies) that at least the one male is neutered. It appears Honeybun is well-bonded with her babies and it's so sweet you have decided to keep them all. Rabbits as pets can be very enjoyable. :)

In truth, it is almost impossible to tell if they are pregnant. I used to raise rabbits and even the day before birth, I couldn't feel any babies. Some people can tell at about 10 days (30-32 day gestation). They say they feel like marbles in the horns of the uterus. I could never feel them. Even then you'd have to know when she actually mated. Which this person had no way to know.

Females have an incredibly high rate of reproductive cancer so even though it's more expensive, it's best to spay the girls if you want them to live longer than a few years and save yourself those vet bills as they get older. From a veterinary site: "How common is it, really? There is very good evidence to suggest that it is the most common tumour of female rabbits - roughly 60% of entire female rabbits aged over 3 years will have a tumour growing in their uterus, and by the time they reach 6 years, this may be as high as 80%. Essentially, the evidence suggests that pretty much every female rabbit will develop uterine cancer if they live long enough."
