Not only oil, nothing would stick if you'll heat pan correctly. Old "water drop hack" can make it easier:)) ps, if it would be useful: Works for metal pans - heat it without oil and drip a drop of water. if it evaporates, give a minute and try again. if it creates one bubble drop and starts floating on a pan - you got the temperature, add some oil and nothing would stick. If it breaks to a lot of drops which immediately evaporates - you overheated pan, take it out of the fire for about half a minute
