There are plenty of bass singers who can sing as low as Geoff and many with his 5+ octave vocal range... nobody I have ever heard can do it like Geoff, however... he is one-of-a-kind.

As you now know, this is all sung by one man. Even those of us that have listened to him for a few years find it amazing when he puts a song together with his clones. Though this song is serious, he does have a great sense of humor. You will see this in some of his quirkier songs. Also check out his a cappella group, Voiceplay. I love your reaction, thank you. He arranges, sings, produces and edits his own videos. His wife, Kathy, is his production manager. No label, no manager. He (and Voiceplay) are great with reactors, you don't need to screen it. Maybe listen to VoicePlay's Hellfire or Dragonborn Comes. If you are a gamer, there are lots of covers you'll recognize on VoicePlay's and Geoff's lists. It's all good - find songs you like, and listen. Queen in 5 minutes? Manic. Tennessee Whiskey? Stunning. Valhalla Calling? You'll be ready to join up and fight before it's over. We Don't Talk About Bruno? Hilarious.

Yeah, Geoff will do that to you. As others have said, it's just him in really good makeup, singing all those vocal lines from top to bottom. And if you'd like that better illustrated his covers of House of the Rising Sun, Man of Constant Sorrow, Ain't No Sunshine and God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen make it much clearer since his video clones are just that- very obviously him providing the backing/harmonizing vocals without makeup or simply being present in the backing track. He's an extraordinary singer (5 octaves), arranger (he arranges all his own music, as well as approximately 50% of the vocal arrangements for VoicePlay, the a cappella group in which he sings bass), videographer (yep- he shoots his own videos too, and for VoicePlay, including the editing and some degree of effects) and to some extent, sound engineer, as he does the initial mix on his tracks before sending it off for the final mix by Ed Boyer (who does the final mix for nearly everyone in the a cappella/vocalist world, including PTX and Home Free. Ed's a genius at his craft.). He also does all this as a 100% independent artist, same as VoicePlay (who you ought to look into once you've gotten into Geoff- pronounced "Jeff", btw)... I'll even entice you by suggesting you start with their cover of Metallica's Nothing Else Matters. What? Metallica? A cappella? Oh yes... oh very much yes. VoicePlay will blow your mind.

Geoff and VoicePlay are the first and only artists whose Patreon I joined the second I could afford to. I didn't join just for their incredible vocal talent, but because I came to learn that they do everything you listed above ALMOST ENTIRELY THEMSELVES! If any artists deserve my hard earned money, it's those guys. Holy moly are they talented, and somehow manage to arrange, sing, film, and edit new full length videos for us fans - *every freaking month* AND shorts & minis AND also make time to have live chats with us on Patreon! The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that none of the members of VoicePlay are from this planet. That's far too much talent within one group of singers than should be humanly possible.

He's done High& Dry one of my favorites and he's done Shenendoah another favorite. He's done Jack's Lament from The Nightmare Before Christmas. He's done Over The Misty Mountains Cold and so on. Oh yeah, many reactors watching Geoff for the first time (and not knowing the a cappella group he's a founding member of, Voiceplay) thought they were different people, even watching his first cover from the Hobbit trilogy, "Far over the Misty Mountains cold"... But it's just him. This is the second iteration of Geoff's dwarves. The first was Misty Mountains Cold. See that one as well. Geoff sings with Voiceplay as well. He has a 5 octave range in his voice. Always watch his videos to the very end.

This sounds more like what dwarves would sound like. Ed Sheeran’s voice sounds like the elves 🧝🏽after this. It’s a mark of a great song when two totally different treatments both sounds great. This is a bit different from some of his releases because each gets his own solo time. Usually he has “main Geoff“ And the others back him up, but in this one they all get a chance to shine. In his newest, Unshaken, there is more than one lead as well - but they ALL sing low.

Geoff, pronounced Jeff, arranges and sings all the parts. His wife Kathy, I believe does the production on many, check the credits. Many times the music is by him also. Brace yourself, but this is one guy, one very amazing guy. Geoff does play well with others too, check out Voiceplay for proof of that. Add in the fact they are independent just makes their videos even more amazing. For some extra sweetness they don't block their videos.

This video fools many people into thinking it is more than one person due to the beards and mustaches, which make him look so different. I love watching first-time Geoff reactions, and yours didn't disappoint! As a side note, not only is he the only vocalist he also does all his own arranging, video editing, costuming, and sound production with the help of his wife Kathy. The only thing he hires out is extensive make-up or prosthetics, like the one in this video, and the final mix, which is done by Ed Boyer, who does the final mix for several big-name acapella groups. Geoff also sings bass and arranges about 50% of the songs for the acapella group Voiceplay, which he is a founding member of. I am looking forward to watching you go down the Geoff Castallucci and VoicePlay rabbit hole and I subscribed in anticipation of more of their reactions! Also, he doesn't copy right block his videos so you should be able to post without obscuring or watermarking them.

I'm sure you know by now that all four of these singers were the same guy. Geoff is extremely talented in how he arranges his videos. The layering of voices/octaves, seamlessly piecing together multiple personalities, and all the other things he and his wife do together to put this great product out. He and the group he sings in (Voice Play) are independent and survive on donations (Patreon).

Nope, this is pretty much the opposite of "being by Ed Sheeran"! Not much chance of confusing the two versions! Take heart - you're not the only reactor whose first exposure to Geoff's "clones" made you think it was 4 different people singing, although this one is probably the one where that happens the most. Geoff has a range of 5 octaves, and you hear a large portion of it in this song! You should also take a look at "Far Over the Misty Mountains Cold" from Geoff, where the dwarves first appeared, singing a song from The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

Just so you know, You do'n't need a filter on Geoff's videos. He is an independent artist with no recording company to give you issues. He never gives reactors problems. He appreciates the publicity. And as other have said, this is all Geoff, who has an incredible five octave range and great acting skills. Plus, he does the arranging, the filming, the editing, etc. Check out the credits :) Oh and watch the outro where you will see Geoff explaining about the stuck on facial hair. Most of his videos are done this way, where he clones himself in film to sing all the parts of the arrnagements he creates.
