Regarding the bit about strength training and sprints not being the ideal cardio exercise, I am 44 and just had to get an EKG because my doctor was wondering why my resting heart rate is 38bpm. All I do is kettlebell and calisthenics complexes and circuits, things like hill sprints and burpees, and I ruck every day. Just basic stuff and apparently my Vo2 Max is at an extremely high level. I work out every day but only 15 to 20 mins half of the days and a few of the days are maybe 30 to 45 mins. The rucks are longer, at least an hour a day, but I have to walk my dogs anyway so that is just part of my routine.

Geoff thanks for the great content, please keep it coming. My question is when you say 20-30 minutes workouts, do you include warm-up and joint preparation in that? As we grow older, the warm-up becomes critical for injury prevention and consistent training, do you agree? Please let us know your thoughts on this in the comments or the next video ;) Thank you! 🙏🏻

Does The Giant also include programming with a single kettlebell? Not on a level to perform a double KB version...

It can be done with a single kettlebell. I've seen people run it with just one, though you will get better results (faster strength and muscle gains) when using doubles.
