Great episode! When Geoffrey says you can be a visionary with some thing, a pragmatist with other things, and a conservative with other things... That is just brilliant!

@37:05 - what an absolute gem of an insight "... That's what gives them the ENERGY, to go against the inertia momentum of the decision making process in their company..."

Great podcast! The only thing I would suggest it is make it shorter or make a highlights version of this.

I found that interviews with book authors are often more thoughtful and richer than interviews with some company executives. Maybe some company executives are just pragmists or process persons as described by the author of this book. Lenny, can you interview more book authors in the future?

Work OS pricing for tools for 50 enterprises is $120,420 per year. I'm curious on what other people think if this pricing model. It seems like it would be cheaper to send a full time developer at it for two years maximum to close off this problem. Am I missing something or does someone else think this pricing is reasonable?

I'm sure he's full of wisdom but I could barely understand what the heck he was talking about, partly because of his audio but he speaks so cryptically... Bowling alleys, tornadoes, chasms??? Should have spent a bit of time clarifying these concepts for people not familiar with his work.
