@@JuliesRichLife we fell in love with slow southern living and will never leave. The money we say it will help our family out generationally we are so grateful.

We moved from CT to TN nine years ago for the no state income tax, better weather, better schools and the favor we are Republicans and TN aligned with our political views. It was the best decision we ever made. It is hard and we have never had friends like we did in CT. But we have met so many nice people. We love the small towns about 45 min outside of nashville. Tornado warnings but it is worth it!!

Cheers to you for making that brave move, it is hard to start over and I haven't had to do it for a few decades I have only been to Nashville in TN but I really enjoyed visiting. Small towns are becoming more attractive to me as I plan for retirement!
