It seems like the coordinates are not the actual coordinates of where the user currently are on the map. This is predefined on emulator?? So my question is how can you get the actual coordinates?

the user gets the actual coordinates, if you would try it on your mobile. as for emulator you would get the coordinates which are predefined.
