Excellent dear Roger, many thanks. I love studying the anatomy of rocks. I cook lots of meat that I fillet carefully, removing all connective tissues, veins and nerves, fascia and so on (fussy eaters). If you are a chef, meat worker or anatomy lover, the nuances and representations are UNDENIABLE. Most of my photos are of 'rocks' and earth/sky phenomena. In love with it forever.

Amen Roger ! My guts are bad from taking pain meds and having three resections of my small intestine !! This ain’t no fun ! But the doctors wanna give movantic and miralax to treat the constipation without looking into my gut biome or bacteria , I have to beg them to look into things that I believe they should know better than me ! But they don’t seem to wanna listen 🤔 so I suffer and suffer ! God I just wish I could stop taking the pain meds that are killing me but if I do I’ll be deathly Ill for a very very long time and it’s like being in hell so I need help ! I'm here to attest to the fact that yes you will become very ill if you have prolonged constipation I went for years with undiagnosed hypothyroidism and for anyone who knows anything about the thyroid that controls everything within your body and when your hypothyroid that means everything slows down and actually quits working including the digestive system so after many years of tests and many years of different doctors I was finally diagnosed properly was put on medication adjusted my diet started using certain supplements to help my thyroid along and now today I'm doing so much better
