What happens if the root is bigger like 3,4,5, and 10?

why not use A = ( 1 / 2 ) * d1 * d2 and since the diagonals are the same then A = (1 / 2 ) * (2 sqrt 5 ) ( 2 sqrt 5 ) = 10 and the point 20:30
