This is not correct. Lines of symmetry divide into mirror images. Parallelogram has no lines, though a rhombus has two diagonal lines.

Excuse me sir but this is incorrect: A line of symmetry does not only divide the shape into 2 equal parts, but it also adjust the 2 parts perfectly on each other when folded. Therefore, the circle has infinite symmetry lines, square has 4 symmetry lines, rectangle and rhombus have 2 symmetry lines, and parallelogram has 0 symmetry lines. Thanks,

One way to check it is to draw it on a piece of paper, then cut it out and fold it. (that is how I found my mistake with the parallelogram).
