"whats this weird latin math rock?" - thats what I thought. When I checked the name of the artist I figured out from which band he stems and all made perfect sense to me

"Weird Latin math rock" is just plenty of Latin music or jazz out there. Off-beat syncopation or subdivision has been a common feature for decades.

Hearing Geordie Greep for first time. A bit of a Steely Dan vibe, but wiki page sounds like he's got a pretty eclectic bag of influences. Will be checking him out.

@@fusiongh0st736 thanks Gustav! i guess it’s a bit out there for what i usually do, but i’m a big black midi fan, so when i heard the juicy bassline on this i was like…. don’t mind if i do :)

Man. This song gives me the freakin creeps (the greep?) And yet I just cannot stop playing it!!! What an amazing line. Holy holy holy crap. Like the sequence from measure 66 to 99 is unlike anything I've ever played! Its thrilling.

@@Mighty_Atheismo haha, i’m with you, it’s pretty disturbing if you look at the lyrics, but the music is so effective, glad you’re having fun with it!
