Let's say you hire someone to repair your Car, re-Roof your House, re-model your Kitchen or Bathroom or possibly hire a Babysitter for your young Child. What would you do "IF" said repair job wasn't done successfully or as horrible as it may be ...your Child got injured or worse because of neglect or similar.
