I know there's a lot of more famous one-liners in the show but this one has always absolutely murdered me. Moreover I know George has plenty of fans, but I sometimes feel like he's unfairly placed under Kramer in the popular imagination. The entire Costanza family is honestly the most amazing part of the show. Basically everything Jerry Stiller said and did in this show fucking slayed. I'm not completely sure why I find Jason Alexander's delivery so goddamn funny. Maybe because it seems so real and such an odd way grammatically to put something like that, it makes it seem like it was really said in a panic. I almost wonder if someone witnessed Larry David actually say this after swallowing a fly. "what can happen?!!" As a side note, George is for once, totally right. Chiropractic is a scam and a pseudo-science.

Just a point about chiropractors - it is true that it's a total scam in the US, since chiropractor isn't a protected title there. But it is in much of the rest of the world, it's a university level education with a curriculum based on peer reviewed medical science, and they have a large overlap with what physiotherapists do. But while physiotherapists usually focus more on prevention and rehabilitation, chiropractors focus primarily on treatment of acute muscle and joint pains.

@@garrethenderson9695 He would know if it went into his lungs. The fly will get trapped in a layer of mucus which is designed to protect your lungs and stop things like this from happening but sometimes an insect can be inhaled and lodged..you would know it immediately though.
