George is a good man and so was Ali. Both were great at what they did.

There's a LOT of HWs who are mighty grateful that Ali, Foreman, Frazier, and Holmes aren't all 24 years old again. Add Tyson, Bowe, and Holyfield to that list. Maybe Earnie Shavers, too. Love what Cobb said about Shavers. QUOTED: "NOBODY hits like Shavers. NOBODY. If anyone did, I'd shoot them!!"

Foreman was a scary guy back in the day still wouldn’t want to get on his bad side. Also it’s no disgrace to lose to Ali

Have credit where credit was due. Ali was bigger than boxing. But Foreman in his own right was a major part as well. He was a young 25yrs old during this fight. Ali was 32. Ali was so much more experienced. You can't just walk in a ring and just fight a guy with George Foreman's punching power. Like George said, he was a dope when Ali was on a rope. That was an awesome fight that changed both fighters lives. God bless them both for trying to change the world with kindness. 🙏🏽

Foreman is most courageous to come around and say those things. He’s mentally strong enough to face the truth and become even stronger for it. He’s as much a role model as Ali, if not more so.

George is a decent and honest man. Their fight was well before my time, but if I were a betting man I would have bet on Foreman. I would have thought the same thing: Foreman's going to hit him so hard he'll drop before the fight goes halfway. Joe Frazier knocked Ali down, so I would have guessed that Foreman would put him out.

Muhammad Ali dictated the pace of that iconic fight from start to finish, firing mental and physical jabs at George Foreman any opportunity he got. For example, in the opening seconds of the 1st round, Muhammad Ali threw what is referred to in boxing, as a right hand lead jab, at George Foreman, which is the equivalent in boxing, of, for example, showing up at a gun fight armed with a toy gun, in this case, George Foreman with an "actual gun" and Muhammad Ali with a "toy gun." George Foreman was visibly confused and insulted by the "toy gun" that Muhammad Ali "showed" him in the opening seconds of the 1st round, George Foreman could not believe that Muhammad Ali intended to win that fight using "toy guns," against George Foreman's "actual guns." Muhammad Ali employed extremely daring tactics in that fight, daring tactics that could have backfired on him, one of the reasons that makes Muhammad Ali's victory against George Foreman so iconic.

A lot of people hated Ali ,because back in that area a black person wasn't supposed to get that much coverage, world wide ,even more than a US president, one US president said when Ali fought the world stopped,

@CYUNG467 you know what, I think 🤔 it was hatred and jealously, because at that era black people wasn't getting world coverage like Ali he was ahead of his time ,one US president said when Ali fought the world stood still, that's why they was trying to send him to Vietnam 🇻🇳 to get killed, besides he was making to much money for a black person during that era that was the civil rights segregation era
