John seems so different here than in their early interviews. Much ''smaller', almost childlike, and happy letting George take the lead and sit back and take it all in with amusement. I guess it was the impact of all that LSD, eroding the sharper edges of his ego. It's a side to John that we rarely see in TV footage.
@gav_creates Жыл бұрын
He had undergone ego death and according to sources after, was dangerously close to losing his sense of self altogether. It was due to his innately strong sense of self that he was able to recover at all. A lot didn’t.

That's the greatest interview I've seen so far. One person represented the entire society's ignorance, and everyone else presented unbelievably well-spoken arguments. The more serious they appeared, the better their arguments were. The old man impressed me a lot. What I love the most is the level of respect, which is often hard to find nowadays - everyone listens, no one interrupts, and even if they hold completely different views, they separate the argument from the person. That's why you are the quietest and most spiritual Beatle. When you die your soul will rest eternally. It's unlikely that a 3 year age gap is a huge difference.

Loved these guys, they used their fame to promote knowledge, global human connection and cohesion of our human lives. Today, pop stars promote their new clothing line... The individualistic incentives of capitalism are fracturing our human population beyond repair today. I think largely as an extended, pathological response to the spread of human knowledge, connection and the belief that other human organizational schemes are not only possible, but necessary, that came out of the high education of the 50s and 60s
