Oh my. That is MIke Campbell of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers playing lead guitar on the song because George was never a good enough guitar player to master that guitar solo. That guitar solo on Revolver is played by Sir Paul McCartney, not by George Harrison. George is just not good enough to play that solo.

Very good question, even if you did ask it 7 years ago! He played some great slide guitar in Japan, but other than that, not a great deal!! He was clearly capable, watching how he was able to juggle lead playing and vocals back in the Beatles days. A mystery really
