George should be remembered for his run up to his bout and victory I’ve Lopez. He fought all over the world with little to no support and left it all in the ring. So hard did he fight to get the shot against Lopez and win that he drained every bit of juice from the orange. He had very little left after and was never the same. It’s a path every boxer will face. That’s George’s legacy.
