You all need to go and watch Gronks highlights. The man caught everything and no one had an answer for him for years. Gronk had speed that was unimaginable and after losing a step he is still scoring multiple TDs in huge games after all the surgeries and injuries. Kittle is excellent, but no Gronk. Relax

Fantastic breakdown of Kittle's play. I had no idea how good his blocking technique was. It's incredibly good. Kittle worked on functional strength in his first offseason, then bulked up in his second offseason. He also picked up yoga before this season which appears to have made him much more flexible and fluid. That probably helped both his routes and his blocking. He's constantly working on improving his body and his game. That's part of the reason for his greatness: constantly working to get better in multiple ways. Fortunately his teammates seem to be picking up some of his work ideas.

Niners fan but I lived in Kansas for a bunch of years I have many good Chiefs fan friends and have enjoyed watching them during a couple eras (Montana and Alex Smith's time there especially, of course) I don't think Kelce loses in this he's a beast as well. Anyone who argues for Kelce being the best needs to watch this video, then watch The QB School Patreon breakdown of the Chiefs Raiders game. Kelce is a HORRIBLE blocker and that matters. Never mind Kittles insane route running, YAC ability and speed. Being able to win 1 on 1 pass pro vs elite edge rushers and single handedly dominate a game run blocking even if he doesn’t have a big pass catching day separates him

Mark Andrews might have something to say about that, and the are extremely similar. The only argument I have is that Andrews is number one target on the Ravens and leads the team in touchdowns, receptions and yards. The Ravens are only 24 points away from out scoring the 99’ Rams who put up 526 points in a season. Andrews is a big part of that and the Ravens base offense is a three tight-end set requiring Andrews to block quite a lot. I absolutely love Kittle but my man Mark Andrews is right there with him.
