I'm around Tyrone's age, i do remember the hate the prequels received, and there were some things i didnt like about them as well, however Lucas put the best lightsaber battles on screen with those movies, and the score was awesome.

If this is true, I’d still warn everyone to keep their expectations in check. Even if George were somehow involved in future projects, the higher ups at Disney would still have the final say in accepting what makes the Final Cut and what doesn’t. They’d also have the power to add in unnecessary things that George didn’t have in his vision for the project.

The prequels were my favorite cuz I got to see the best fight scene in Star wars which was in revenge of the sith and The phantom menace both of those movies had the best fight scenes between Anakin fighting Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon jinn fighting Darth maul

George Lucas’s Star Wars sequel trilogy concept was better than Disney’s version. The Star Wars sequel trilogy was going to be inspired by the post Iraq War and the Empire would be like Saadam Hussein’s Baathist fighters who joined ISIS and refused to give up fighting when the New Republic won. A power vacuum would emerge and Darth Maul would’ve been the godfather of crime and he would have an apprentice named Darth Talon who would seduce Han and Leia’s son Skyler to the dark side. Leia would be struggling to rebuild the New Republic and avoid the corruption that led to Palpatine’s rise to power and Luke would be secluded on an island and Keira would be searching for Luke.
