I love this song and the beat. This song is a fight against poverty and this goes to prove how far Advance his mind was. At the age of 23, He wrote this in 1986. People are STILL living Hand to Mouth! There are still millions of people out there who do not know from day to day, whether they will have food to eat or a place to sleep. George observed this around the world as he toured. I love his genius lyrics about praying to God’s of America. 🇺🇸 as a young man, he knew what wealthy country, had the financial means to try to solve this crisis of starving people. So I have to say thank you to Robyn! We should play this as often as we can so the government starts helping more. They waste so much money that could be used for feeding people.

So fascinating - I rewound to what he was referring to as sounding a bit "weedy" at the end and I could really hear what he meant. He just had what Andrew called "forensic detail" - he knows exactly what it needed to sound as he wanted. So precise. Boy - what a hell of a talent -
