you are right the are not exactly comfortable at the beginning, 'cause it is a rehearsal. Notice how the give the soundman clues to adjust the volumes. Also notice the worldless convo between Brian and George, Roger's reaction when he seems to swallow tears. And how the entire crew just stands stares and listens to what's happening. Amazing clip.
